Team Lead \u00A0must be a graduate from an accredited Cl Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of the JCITA Advanced Foreign Cl Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments including Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course, or the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course. Team Lead must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing, supporting, or providing legal oversight of OFCO in accordance with the DoDI\u00AD S5240.09.
More About the Role:
In coordination with the CI Training Expert, the Team Lead will be\u00A0responsible for assisting with \u00A0the training and development of counterintelligence instructors within the section. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of counterintelligence training programs. The Supervisor works closely with JCITA Section Chief and Course Chairs to develop curriculum, assess training needs, and enhance instructional methodologies to meet organizational objectives.
You\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience in CI is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the supervision and development of personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- TS/SCI and CI polygraph or ability to obtain poly.
- Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Graduate of the Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or one of the following legacy training courses offered by the Military Departments:
-Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC)
-Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course
-Navy Counterespionage Operations Course - Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.
