Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to invoicing, purchase orders, payment portals, and other billing-related matters. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment processing. Perform outbound calls to customers to follow up on services received and regarding outstanding customer account balances. Other duties may include... Qualifications As a Billing and Collections Specialist at Connecticut Pest Elimination, you must possess the following skills/requirements: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to empathize with customers and maintain professionalism in challenging situations. Previous experience in billing, collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in navigating payment portals and using billing software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a bonus. Must be 18 years or older to apply Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel At least 2 years of proven customer service experience What will my work environment be like?
