Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develops and maintains a master production schedule for the organization.
Analyzes forecasts of customer needs, the capacity to provide deliverables, and inventory levels to ensure deadlines are met and costs are contained to the maximum extent possible.
Works closely with various departments such as software development, procurement, and customer service to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.
Monitors and reports on the status of scheduled events and adjust as necessary to meet changing demand or capacity constraints.
Supervises and mentors subordinate project and staff.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related discipline
Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree
A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
Seven (7) years of position-specific experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree IT-related discipline
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.
Experience in data, project, and time management. Experience in strategy and problem solving. Experience with logistics data analytics, metrics collection, and reporting.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
