Job Duties - Monitors and reviews insurance enrollment requests through HRIS for all employees. Notifies employees and managers of the New Hire Enrollment period and handles Special Enrollment periods. Follows up to gather required documentation for approval.- Receives, audits and reconciles insurance billing for medical/vision, dental, accident, and life insurance premium payments. Communicates with Accounting department, internal clients, carriers and insurance brokers to resolve any discrepancies.- Assists with facilitation and tracking of FMLA leave for employees - distributing and collecting FMLA forms/materials, adjusting employee status in HRIS.- Communicates with Operations teams to gathers and generate certificates for Employee of the Month; Prepares Birthday program gift envelopes and sign-off sheets for distribution to all company worksites.- Respond to requests for information from internal clients (employees) and external clients (vendors seeking employment verification, etc.)- Reviews and creates informational guides to educate employees on Benefits enrollment/usage and Leave. Contributes innovative ideas for improving employee motivation and retention. Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Head of C&B and HR Director. Benefits.
