Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, candidates, and visitors, creating an inclusive environment.
• Coordinate guest arrivals with internal teams and ensure alignment with security and admin teams.
• Support the Workplace Experience and Operations Team with special projects.
• Manage help desk ticketing system requests and distribute access badges.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and coordinate with security during emergencies.
