This position oversees all project management work. The Chief of Staff will report into the Chief Program Officer to support all programs.
This position also works to develop and foster external relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The Chief of Staff supports the monitoring of contract management and the management of board committee documents as relevant to the Chief Program Officer’s Office.
Executive Leadership
The COS provides strategic planning and decision-making for all administrative and impact work. Works with Senior Vice Presidents, VP of Operations and Executive Cabinet team members to carry out JEVS Human Services operations and goals.
Represents the organization to foster strategic relationships and further JEVS Human Services reputation.
Supports the project management needs of for the Chief Program Officer.
Serve as liaison on company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
Administrative Oversight
Represents Chief of Programs with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the Chief of Programs.
Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
Identify areas of growth for JEVS Human Services to pursue its mission. Put in place the strategies to bring those opportunities to fruition.
Work with the Chief Program Officer to ensure integration of agency divisions and remove silos.
Fundraising and Sustainability
Design and develop business models and pitch those to a variety of funders to secure funding to launch and sustain them.
Financial Management
Support with the creation of division budget and financial planning strategies. Work with Chief Program Officer and CFO to support budget management.
