As the Manager Respiratory Therapy, you will oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department reporting to the Director of Respiratory. • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team, providing training and mentoring to respiratory therapists.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in respiratory therapy within an acute care hospital setting.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with healthcare software and technologies.
