The Opportunity
The Network Supply Manager owns the supply plan for up to three years for externally manufactured DS (Drug Substance) and DP (Drug Product) and ensures the supply of commercial DS and DP from their assigned CDMO.
This includes management of inventory across different nodes within the internal and external manufacturing network and enablement of on-time in-full order fulfillment and supply of products and required documents worldwide. The Network Supply Manager represents Supply Chain in Joint Management Team (JMT) meetings with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) and supports performance review and root cause analysis. Moreover the Network Supply Manager defines improvements to ensure a reliable supply, meeting or exceeding performance targets and network requirements.
Own an executable zero to three years supply plan enabling production and scheduling of the assigned external asset(s) and/or product(s).
Manage inventory within the assigned internal and external manufacturing network to effectively ensure supply, avoid obsolescence and proactive inventory allowance.
Act as the Supply Chain partner for the Contract Manufacturing Organizations maintaining a robust, productive and constructive relation.
Perform the order fulfillment lifecycle from intermediates to drug products.
Ensure products are delivered in quality, on time and in a compliant way
Act as intermediary between production sites, Contract Manufacturing Organizations and global partners to enhance collaboration and partnerships.
Who You Are
You will possess a BS degree in relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent)
You will have a minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in supply chain
Experience in strategy, finance and business acumen training are a strong plus
You will have experience with ERP (SD/MM) and supply chain planning systems
You will also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $106,500 - $197,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
