The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will report to the Pharmacy Director. Responsibilities include management of pharmacy services, development and implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulatory standards, and being a key member and contributor to Pharmacy and patient care committees. This role also includes oversight of the PGY-1 residency program. Qualifications include being a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, completion of PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency, current NYS Pharmacist License, and Clinical Pharmacy experience. Management experience is preferred.
