Leading and nurturing the growth of our HR Advisory team will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You'll oversee our dynamic HR Advisory team, providing expert guidance to Operations leaders and ensuring smooth HR operations. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, union agreements, and HR policies will be paramount, safeguarding the rights of our employees and our organization. Providing critical support during emergencies, ensuring swift crisis response and effective communication, will be part of your remit. Collaborating closely with various HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions that power our business forward will be key to your success.
