Legend Biotech is seeking Benefits Administrator (Contractor) as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement plans, life insurance, disability insurance, and other related benefits with the assistance of the Broker.
Primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefit options, eligibility requirements, coverage details, and claims procedures.
Collaborate with benefit plan vendors and third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
Monthly bill reconciliation of all vendor invoices.
Administer ongoing leave of absence and ADA cases with the plan administrator.
Maintain employee benefits records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Prepare reports and analyze benefit data to support payroll processes, decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in resolving benefit-related issues, disputes, and appeals, working closely with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage the administration of global mobility and immigration programs.
May be required to work on other HR related task that may be outside of benefits when needed.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in benefits administration.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in global mobility and immigration administration preferred.
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft excel, experience with Workday is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve benefit-related issues effectively and efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and integrity
