To thrive in this position, you must be comfortable managing and growing ADP's relationships with organizations who are the vanguards of data consumption in the market. You will be responsible for driving your partner accounts' success through innovation and analytics. As the primary point of contact, you will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them leverage ADP's data offerings to drive value for their end customers. What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Own overall relationship with assigned partners; identify and partner with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment between their business and product priorities
- Be a strategic advisor and provide consultative guidance on how ADP data and insights can drive value for your partners' end customers
- Drive adoption of ADP's data in partner products and establish deep insight on partners' business and customers
- Solve complex partner challenges through creative problem solving by working cross-functionally with Product, Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations
- Collaborate closely with ADP's product teams to ensure partner integrations and launches are timely and successful
- Drive consistent renewal and growth of partner relationships
- Synthesize insights and learnings from partner interactions to inform product roadmap
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of managing client / partner relationships
- Demonstrated relationship management experience; previous tech / data industry / financial services experience is a strong plus
- Desire to get hands-on and understand the power of ADP's data
- Ability to build productive and long-lasting relationships across the partner organization at all levels
- Partner and customer empathy with a laser-focus on making partners successful.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
