We are currently seeking a Salesforce Project Coordinator to join our team in Danville, California (US-CA), United States (US).
The Enterprise Architecture Team is responsible for developing the IT strategy and providing technology vision aligned to
changing business priorities through thought leadership, process standardisation, structure and value delivery. We aim primarily
to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business itself.
We are looking for a project coordinator:
Objectives of this role
Coordinate internal and external meetings and workshops ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and
budget
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
Support purchase order, change request and resources onboarding
Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
Ensure teams achieve V2MoMs while adhering to standards and best practices
Responsibilities
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work
plan
Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
Required skills and qualifications
Three or more years of experience in project coordination
Experience in coordinating teams and clients
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
