Reporting to the Manager of Clinics, the Surgical Clinic Assistant Manager will have oversight of the General and Colorectal Clinic and will be responsible for the direction and coordination of Clinic activities including Clinical oversight and non-clinical workflows. The Surgical Clinic Assistant Manager will ensure the Clinics are compliant with all local and state regulations and Health System policies and procedures.

In addition, the Surgical Clinic Assistant Manager will collaborate with both local Clinic Leadership and Corporate to establish and accomplish the goals set forth. The Surgical Clinic Assistant Manager will be well supported by Clinic Supervisors and Lead RNs.
