In this critical role, you will drive revenue growth by designing and optimizing impactful email programs, strengthening our engagement with Braze buyers and influencers. This position requires a marketer who collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategies aligned with our growth and profitability goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to brainstorm, create, and optimize programming that enhances new business growth. Your expertise in understanding Braze buyers and leveraging data will be crucial in executing programs that generate revenue through email and additional channels. Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. You’ll adopt a buyer-centric approach, working with peers to identify buyer trends and develop content and tactics that elevate buyer awareness and interest in Braze.

In this role, you will:
- Use technology and data to create thoughtful programs that drive awareness, interest, and pipeline
- Showcase the value of our leading platform to Braze buyers through relevant and personalized messaging
- Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns that guide B2B buyers through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, regional demand generation, product marketing, and product management, to create and execute campaigns that achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Lead the email strategy for our Product Lead Growth motion, partnering with Marketing Operations, Product, Digital Marketing, and Web to
- Become a customer engagement expert specializing in email marketing, mobile marketing, customer journeys, personalization tactics, and cross-channel strategies
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify, track, measure, and optimize the success and impact of our Lifecycle Marketing programs
- Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on program performance
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of B2B Lifecycle marketing experience, with a preference for those with SaaS experience
- You have a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and are experienced in developing content that resonates with this audience
- You possess a growth mindset; you know that marketing tactics evolve, and so do your skills
- An excellent communicator, you can seamlessly collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with partners, vendors, and contractors
- You’re comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, spotting red flags, and working with colleagues to design and launch lifecycle programs that address them
- A creative problem-solver, you’re able to think strategically and execute tactically
- You operate with speed and agility, continually experimenting and optimizing to achieve business goals
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality
- Experienced with Marketo and/or Braze, Looker and/or Tableau, Figma and/or Canva
- Excited about using AI to increase productivity and campaign performance
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $97,750/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $115,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
