Job Location: Benicia, California

Pay Rate: $25-$26/hour

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Description of Position:

Are you an experienced Client Support Admin looking for a temp-to-hire opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. The role involves answering emails and phone calls, managing complaints and inquiries, and processing orders in a timely manner. You will handle tasks such as data entry, creating and processing orders for custom-made items, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Working closely with other professionals dedicated to helping clients, you will also create requisition forms and coordinate item shipping. This role requires excellent communication skills and a basic proficiency in data management to keep track of client interactions. As a new role that directly supports a manager, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
