Responsibilities The Interventional Nurse Coordinator in collaboration with the Interventional Radiologist, and unit staff is responsible for coordinating all variables of the Interventional patient experience at Mercy Medical Center, providing for the highest quality of care and the highest level of patient satisfaction within the department. In addition the Nurse coordinator demonstrates knowledge of Interventional Radiology s clinical focus, procedural process, and the nursing care required for this subset of patients. Requirements BSN required, MSN preferred 3 years previous experience in IR, OR, PACU or other surgical outpatient setting preferred RN Licensure in the state of Maryland AIRN Certification within 1 year of hire, BCLS, ACLS BLS required
