The IT Business Analyst drives insights and requirements from workflow reviews, automation requests, analyzes trends and builds concrete roadmap.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and carry out vision into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team and drive engagement across IT
• Create IT Automation roadmaps through the alignment and rationalization of key efforts
• Support the delivery of automation solutions by working with key collaborators.
• Lead key enablement projects to deliver automation solutions and support the federated model
• Work directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach. Take assigned project from original concept through final implementation.
• Provide timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts.
• Drive project meetings. Meet with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines. Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes, process simplification reviews and final products.
• Maintain relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on requirements, changes, and staff, including Senior staff.
• Analyzes operation team’s strengths and areas of opportunities to feed into talent development for the organization.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into solutions
• Maintain automation inventory, metrics, and data flows to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Talents Needed for Success:
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently, delivery-oriented, and eager to solve problems
• Must have experience working on multiple programs/projects as well as handling day-to-day priorities as needed
• Ability to drive automation efforts with timely follow-up with all stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present business and technical information
• Collaborative approach to problem solving
• Drives creative and solution-oriented activity with all collaborators
• Mentoring and training experience
• Solid understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum) principles and techniques
• Understands and uses applicable work management tools for decision making and collaboration (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Suite).
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
