Job Summary:
The Micro-Electronic Assembler will assemble and rework electronic production to prescribed production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Cuts, forms, and otherwise prepares electronic components for assembly. Installs components using conductive epoxy material.
- Setup and adjust components/forming equipment.
- Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies and related parts.
- Hand solders for rework.
- Operates various test equipment. Such as Die Bonder, Wire Bonder.
- Repair and modify to the latest blueprints and revision assignments generated from monthly schedule, drop-ins, or special requests from manager, scheduler, or team leader.
- Responsible to complete work in a timely, productive, and accurate manner.
- Has strict adherence to company policies and procedures; accepted team environment principles.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience: 0-2 years of Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge: Knowledge and ability to read and interpret codes and symbols, internal wiring diagrams and schematics. Working knowledge of Die Bonding, Wire Bonding, Fine & Gross Leak, hermetically seal process.
• Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow precise measurements; install components and solder to quality specifications; understand written and oral instructions; setup checksum and repair testing orientations & correction of other corrections; plan, organize, control process, lead, schedule, and supervise communication; and operate multiple assembly and test equipment.
• Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
• Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary

Top Benefits:
Salary range: $21.53 to $33.31. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
