Managing a Goodwill retail store within the agency's established policy. Recruiting, training, and supervising retail team members in retail operation procedures. Delegating work assignments to appropriate associates and ensuring team members complete assigned tasks. Recommending and administering appropriate discipline to team members as needed. Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. Experience or education in Business and Marketing is preferred Two years of experience in a management/supervisory position Ability to supervise and train in shipping/receiving functions, stock duties, merchandising, cashiering, and customer service retail. Willing to travel or relocate. Being prepared for considerable standing, reaching, lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift over 40 pounds. Exposure to inclement weather. Exposure to various merchandise with potential for contaminated or damaged items.
