Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or GED Equivalent; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 years previous customer service experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Previous experience in a customer support role. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Ability to multi-task,priorities, and manage time effectively. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff and management; excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail and ability to effectivelycommunicate both verbally and in writing.
