Responsible for performing pricing functional work. The pricing function involves the development, creation and maintenance of customer’s prices in ERP and customer system. The pricing and billing/reconciliation teams work together for a given customer(s) under the leadership and supervision of the manager and director. The core objective of the department is to drive operations in the area of order-to-cash.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the determination of the final costing and pricing for the assigned customer(s) per contractual terms.
- Responsible for the determination of the pricing inputs through coordination with the procurement/sourcing and industrial engineering teams to determine respective direct material and labor costs for a given menu and/or service.
- Required to work directly with the department manager, commercial, and customer’s finance team on the pricing approval process.
- Responsible for routine contractual escalations for customers as it relates to CPI, food, and labor cost updates.
- Participate in customer presentation activity to support new business ventures and/or menu refresh activity (i.e. summer and winter menu refresh) for assigned customer. This involves working with the commercial and FP&A teams.
- Input final pricing into ERP and customer system. Additionally, perform audits to ensure expected prices have been loaded to appropriate ERP and/or customer system.
- Support local unit finance and operations teams as it relates to pricing build-up for menu and services.
- Analyze revenue trends through various reports to look for opportunities to improve revenue accuracy (i.e. revenue per meal, per flight, actual costs versus theoretical costs, zero priced bill-codes report, etc.).
- Perform sensitivity analysis with pricing that may include “what if” analysis and/or review of inputs that drive customer contribution margin.
- Support month end closing process.
- Act as point of escalation on any delays or problems experienced in achieving startup deadline.
- Work on projects & develop KPIs to improve the functions output through continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor's Degree required, from an accredited university.
- Previous Financial experience preferred
- 5 years demonstrated analyst work experience.
- Proven experience within an ERP environment.
- Work experience in an operations or manufacturing environment
- Work experience in a food production or food service environment
- Experience working within a cross-functional team
- Prior training and development experience preferred

- Must demonstrate and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Demands:
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week.
- Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation that would involve evening and weekend work approximately once every two months.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required up to 40 %.
