Curriculum Developer - Oracle EBS - REMOTE
Arlington, VA 22203

• Support end-to-end training design and development for Oracle EBS applications for a variety of training products including e-learning, job aids, videos, classroom materials, etc.
• Support the program Training/Learning lead with design, development, and deployment for training materials and performance support materials
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand training objectives, curriculum, and assessements to apply dynamic adult learning principles to training courses.
• Work with SMEs to develop curriculum and assessments
• Develop and execute self-paced e-learning training modules and supporting resources for classroom instruction
• Support Agile delivery cycles and transition quickly between multiple projects and responsibilities
• Document training requirements with client and execute on training strategy
• Follow 508 compliant processes
• Other duties as assigned

• U.S. citizenship
• Eligibility to obtain Public Trust access or Current Secret clearance 
• 5+ years of hands-on training development and delivery experience including:
  • ?End-to-end training content development 
  • Change Management
  • Conducting research and documenting training requirements 
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS applications such as Oracle EBS Financial Functional modules (AP, GL, AR, PO) or Oracle EBS Supply Chain or Maintenance Modules
• Experience working with multiple NextGen training, design, and content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, SnipIt, SnagIt, etc.
• Experience developing training to meet 508 compliance requirements
• Experience working with SMEs to understand training objectives and develop curriculum and assessments for adult learning training programs
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple ongoing requirements and changes for an Agile delivery cycle
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
• Must be self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment that offers stretch growth opportunities for continuous learning and development 

• Experience providing Instructor-led Training (ILT)
• Wide ranging experience providing training support 
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
