As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, you will play a crucial role in leading our maintenance team and overseeing the operations in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas. The Work: • Direct hourly reports in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas, providing guidance and support as needed. • Oversee the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. • Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. • Communicate effectively with 1st and 2nd shift management and supervision to address any maintenance-related concerns. • Manage timekeeping for hourly reports and handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and documentation. • Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
