Job Summary
The Music Paraeducator will work at both elementary schools.
8.5 hours per day(1/2 hour unpaid lunch), 2 days at El Morro, and 3 days at Top of the World.
Under the general supervision of the Elementary Principals and direction of the K-12 Vocal Music Teacher, work with students in kindergarten through fifth grade on general and vocal music instruction. Oversee the District’s Honors Chorus; which includes running after-school classes and coordinating various evening or weekend performances.

Current Reporting hours and location are TBD.
Hours and work location are subject to change at any time based on the needs of the student body.
PLEASE NOTE: 10 month employees are not required to work during Thanksgiving, first and second winter break, and spring break periods. However, employees have reasonable assurance of returning to employment after each recess/break period during the traditional school work calendar unless notified in writing.
