ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
• Develops a wide array of professional learning programs and curriculum that align talent development with business strategy
• Serves as a strategic thought partner to our HR business partners and leaders across the organization; works collaboratively to identify evolving needs and leverage subject matter experts for curriculum and program development
• Facilitates learning experiences that motivate, engage, and empower learners with the tools needed to do their best work
• Analyzes learner feedback and other data to ensure continuous improvement of learning and development programs
• Develops an organization wide focus on learning to sustain culture and catalyze positive change
• Coordinates with key partners to operationalize & scale learning programs
