Optimize Engineering processes
Analyze and streamline processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with teams, including Project Managers, technicians, and other engineers, to implement changes and improvements at the TDL and/or PMO level
Participate in training and mentoring junior staff members, as well as conducting audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for further improvement
Senior role experienced in workflow analysis, Change Management, and other means of improving Engineering processes
Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff. Receive direction from the Continual Improvement Manager III
Bachelor's degree
Five or more (5+) years of related experience
If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required
If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
