Payroll Administrator $22.00- $28.00/hour
Expert in ADP WFN and Kronos required

Generations Healthcare is in search of a Payroll Administrator to join our team. We are an organization comprised of 28 skilled nursing facilities throughout CA and one facility in NV.  Our payroll department supports the entire organization.  We process a bi-weekly payroll of non-exempt and exempt payroll including new hires, manual checks, pay increases, tax changes, benefit deductions bonuses, garnishments, levies, child support and benefit accruals.  

Essential Duties:

Process bi-weekly payroll for designated facilities; processes manual checks as needed.

Acts as a first point of contact for employees and Employee Services Coordinators for various payroll related matters; researches and provides answers in a timely and accurate manner, implementing methods for follow up as necessary.

Runs reports after each payroll to include ad hoc reports and updated department directories.

Audits payroll information for accuracy.

Processes and maintains Wage Garnishments (ADP WGPS), verifications of employment and compliance with applicable contracts as needed.

Process employee edits with approved paperwork within Kronos timekeeping system.

Supports team members to reach necessary deadlines.

Experience Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Four or more years of experience in a large organization, preferably a multi-site, with considerable contact with client managers and employees.

Solid payroll administration expertise in ADP Workforce Now and Kronos.
