Job Summary
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The job of Coordinator, Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI), is for the purpose/s of providing the coordination of services to CTI’s Induction Program partners including agency representatives, new teacher candidates and reflective coaches and involves program evaluation, project management, professional development content writing, and public relations in our traditional face-to-face induction program as well as our fully online induction program. The coordinator will work closely with public, private and charter schools and will be assigned a wide scope of management responsibilities. The position is designated as a certificated management position and is a part of the Management Leadership Team.
Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching in public education setting required. Experience mentoring, coaching as Induction or Instructional Coach or Agency Representative is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required. A Master’s degree preferred.
CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES:
• Possession of a valid California Multiple Subject Credential or Single Subject Credential
• Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential or Administrative Certificate of Eligibility appropriate for K-12 public school administration
• Valid California Driver’s License
