Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring remote Call Center RNs! This role is remote/work from home and all equipment is provided. You must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA for consideration. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type: Four-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule: ? Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $43.39 to $45.39 an hour
Responsibilities of the Call Center RN:
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
Translates concepts into practice.
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
These roles identify, coordinate, or provide appropriate levels of care under the direct supervision of an RN or MD.
Responsible for clinical operations and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating).
Qualifications for the Call Center RN:
? Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
? Current, unrestricted RN License
? 3 or more years of Clinical RN experience, resulting in excellent clinical skills and judgment
