Job Abstract

Ultimate Staffing is recruiting a Commercial Title Officer in the Irvine CA area. In this role you will be Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers related to title services.

Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate Range: $ 35 to $40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Works with customers, attorneys and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve issues impacting title insurability prior to closing for commercial transactions
• Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title commitment, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations
• Verify that title insurance rates and coverage provided on the title commitment are given in accordance with instructions received by insured parties
• Communicate with office staff and clients regarding issues with requested title insurance coverage or defects that may impact the closing of a transaction.
• Provides customer service to external clients and field escrow offices; may act as a liaison working with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
• Handle day-to-day transactions for customers and acts as a liaison between lenders and the loan operations department.
• Assist and handle loan closings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Pre-employment Screening
• 2 Years Relevant experience
