This position partners closely with the Internal Wholesaler within territory for collective success in growing advisor relationships. Accountable for achieving sales targets and managing broker dealer relationships within all channels - both wirehouses and independent firms covering our ETF's, Separately Managed Accounts and Mutual Funds. Other responsibilities will include: Develop, recommend and implement sales plans, activity reports and rotation schedules with a focus on growing market share. May provide input on marketing, product development, shareholder/broker communications and integration of campaigns with broker dealers and fund wholesaling teams. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience required. 4+ years related industry experience required with at least two of those years sales specific (sales, investment products, capital markets, partnering with advisors). FINRA Series 7 required. FINRA Series 63 required within 45 days. Knowledge of investment products and financial markets required. Track record of consultative skills, advisor management expertise, and analytical analysis are required. Must possess excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.Motivational skills are vital. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Travel required, including overnight stays. Advanced designations preferred (e.g., CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, CAIA®). Salary Range Information This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary combined with incentive earnings. The base salary will provide financial stability, while the incentive component offers additional earning potential based on performance metrics. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $300000 - $600000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible No Additional Information Location This role needs to be located in Houston, TX.
