Job Abstract
Inspects hospital out buildings checking all public areas electrical and mechanical reporting major discrepancies to the supervisor. Checks all lights, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. Inspect doors, walls, and floors reporting and major discrepancies to Lead Engineer/ Maintenance. Will cover inhouse Maintenance shift as needed.
