?The Group Creative Director (GCD) works in partnership with a Group Account Director, Strategy Director and Group Program Manager to oversee the creation of work, successful completion of contracts and continued growth of a specific group of clients. Achieving this requires leading, growing and inspiring a team of Creative Directors to deliver the highest caliber of creative work while also delivering on our business goals.
