This position works five days a week Tuesdays to Saturdays, typically from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturdays would be worked offsite, whether at community events, or conducting outreach initiatives in Philadelphia communities. A valid driver’s license is required in this role, as the CRC Recruitment Coordinator may be asked to conduct site visits, and drive City vehicles to events with CRC staff and/or CRC Members. The Recruitment Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supervise a team of 5 to 8 CRC AmeriCorps membersLead AmeriCorps member recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and overall experience.
