Zurich North America is currently hiring an Operations Analyst to join the Large Casualty team! As an Operations Analyst, under direct supervision, you will conduct standardized data analysis on existing operating procedures, develop process improvements and refinements using cost/benefit analysis, and create and revise procedure bulletins; act as a subject matter expert on business systems and provide basic technical assistance to support overall strategic, business, and operational planning, performance measurement, monitoring, and reporting.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Drives a high-performance culture by collecting, and maintaining data related to performance measurements.

Monitors daily business performance measures and notifies leadership if issues arise.

Develops, analyzes, and presents various assigned audit results including recommended system process improvements.

Conducts pre and post-production validation assignments, communicates and documents results.

Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Other rewards may include short term incentive bonuses and merit increases. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. The starting hourly range for this position is $44,700-$61,500.
