DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented, hands on Producer to support the creation of industry-leading content within North America Stores Marketing. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers, raising the bar for photography and video content in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. This candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are hit while working with marketing partners to adjust schedules when needed. They should be comfortable leading agency-produced work, and being the key project driver with internal stakeholders.

They lead with confidence, fostering open communication while maintaining respect for differing viewpoints. They will be an expert communicator, adept at engaging all levels of contributors and working with different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. They should have creative industry contacts in varying markets (Production,Photography, Video, Illustrators, Designers)
Key job responsibilities
*Liaise between agency partners, creative agents, external producers, model agents, crew talent
*Utilize industry contacts to connect exceptional creative recommendations for many different categories.
*Manage production / project details from kick off through asset delivery, inclusive of post production.
*Forecast and future project planning
*Creation and management of shoot budgets, finance approvals, contracts, timelines, project calendars, cost reconciliation.
*Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with finance, legal, marketing and creative departments.
*Successful candidates will be flexible producers/ project managers, master planners, and strategic problem-solvers who can balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
