District Sales Manager - Sensory

SUMMARY:
As the Natus Medical District Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales of audiologic equipment to hearing and balance care professionals within your designated district. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the field, promoting Natus Medical's innovative solutions, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated district.
· Build and maintain relationships with hearing and balance care professionals, including audiologists, ENT specialists, and healthcare facilities.
· Promote and sell Natus Medical's audiologic equipment and solutions to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients.
· Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers to showcase the benefits and features of Natus Medical's equipment.
· Provide customers with expert recommendations on audiometric instrumentation to meet their specific needs, including closing sales, offering in-service training, and delivering post-sale support.
· Collaborate with local teams, including service technicians, schedulers, and administrative support, to ensure seamless customer service.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and demand for Natus Medical's products.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to sales leadership.
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with professionals and promote Natus Medical's products.
· Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in audiology and balance care to provide informed recommendations to customers.
· All other duties as assigned based on changing market conditions, company, and business needs.
Travel Required:
Extensive travel up to 90%.
Supervisory Responsibilities
· This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree concentration preferred in life or health sciences.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hearing and balance healthcare industry.
· Knowledge of audiology, hearing care, or balance care practices and equipment is a must.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
· Ability to travel within the designated district and attend industry events as required.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
· Must live in Ohio, South Michigan, Indiana, or Kentucky due to customer base and travel requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to lift up to 20lbs.

Pay Transparency
Compensation Range: $85,000 to $105,000
Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Natus offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k employer contributions, PTO, and much more.
