Job Description Summary
The Human Motion Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator A/B position. The candidate will work closely with Penn Medicine clinicians to recruit and consent participants into research studies, collect human subjects research data, analyze research data, and perform other tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain organized notes is essential. Bio mechanical and programming (OpenSim, Visual3D, etc) experience is desired but not necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary as interacting with patients and clinicians is a regular part of this position. The candidate will be expected to author abstracts and manuscripts for publication, thus a track record of technical writing is required. Update clinical collaborators on research progress and assist lab PI to develop grant applications and manuscript submissions.
The CRC-B will manage and train lab staff and share similar duties as the CRC-A, but have the ability to operate more independently while also being a team player.
