Greets patients and visitors to determine their needs. Interprets radiology exam orders. Interacts with patients, physicians and their staff to assist in registration and scheduling needs. Establishes patient record with demographic and financial information, identifies insurance codes, obtains authorizations and advises patients of co-pays. Collects patient co-payments.
