Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Implement and monitor safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to streamline operations and meet business objectives.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
