Position: Fire Foreman

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Location: Onsite in Miramar

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Fire Foreman to oversee the installation of fire life safety systems in commercial properties. The ideal candidate will excel in managing project installations, setting and achieving objectives, addressing personnel issues, ensuring safety, training technicians, and reporting on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to meet objectives and adhere to deadlines.
• Monitor and update tickets, tasks, and activities in the company CRM.
• Lead and manage the final inspection process with clients.
• Conduct periodic on-site evaluations to ensure compliance with project scope and company standards.
• Communicate any 'Out of Scope' work to the Project Manager.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete, including project work plans and ticket resolutions.
• Review and update Time & Materials (T&M) tickets to ensure accurate time entry, product billing, and ticket status.
• Supervise onsite field crews to ensure successful installation of project components.
• Interpret drawings and determine the best methods for project installation.
• Train technicians on industry principles and standards to ensure proper understanding of installed products.
• Assist in onboarding new team members.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in construction.
• 5+ years of experience installing fire systems.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
