If that sounds like you, we are looking for a Administrative Assistant for an amazing Insurance company in Roseville. This role is a unique opportunity to start as an Assistant and working their way up to a Insurance Producer.

Offering $55k-65k to start- direct hire.

Responsibilities
- Assist servicing staff in building and maintaining client relations
- Process policy changes and cancellations
- Assist in client renewals; remarketing, prepare renewal summaries, issuing proofs as assigned
- Process billing transactions for agency bill policies and invoicing
- Review proof of insurance requests and communicate policy changes to servicing staff
- Report all new claims and manage ongoing claims as needed
- Assist with re-marketing accounts
- Thoroughly document accounts using the agencies management systems
- Follow agencies workflows & standards
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Marketing New and Existing Accounts using online raters and carrier websites
- Quotes and Proposal preparation
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Working with insurance carriers to resolve underwriter issues
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance or equivalent knowledge, experience, and education preferred
- Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office
- Works well as part of a team as well as independently
- Insurance: 2 years (Preferred)
-California P&C License (OR commitment to obtaining P&C licensing which will be paid for by the company)
