What you will do
As an Associate Manager, Downstream Marketing, you will lead a team to develop and direct effective marketing strategies for a Spine portfolio. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create critical documents that outline each marketing initiative's vision, goals, and tactics, such as the strategic plan, the annual marketing plan, and the product launch plans.
Lead a team responsible for the downstream marketing strategy of a segment of the spine portfolio
.Guide others to build and execute a well-written marketing plan
Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
Share marketing intelligence and information with the team
Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing
Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
Demonstrate financial acumen
Develop an effective KPI strategy for the product portfolio
Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
Hold team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
What you need
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred
6+ years of work experience required
3+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
Travel Percentage: 30%
