SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the identification and assessment of technology and cybersecurity risks across the client's digital assets, IT infrastructure, and operations, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks, including but not limited to, cyber threats, data breaches, IT outages, and technology compliance issues. - Collaborate with IT, business units, and cybersecurity teams to enhance the bank's cyber and technology risk posture through proactive risk identification, assessment, and response planning. - Oversee and guide the risk assessment process for new and existing technologies, digital initiatives, and third-party service providers, ensuring comprehensive risk evaluation and mitigation planning. - Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on technology and cyber risk trends, potential impacts on the bank, and recommended risk mitigation strategies. - Facilitate and promote a culture of risk awareness and cybersecurity resilience across the organization, including the development and delivery of risk management training programs. - Monitor and analyze developments in technology and cybersecurity threats, including regulatory changes, to continuously refine and update risk management strategies. -Prepare and present detailed risk reports and dashboards to senior management and relevant committees, highlighting the bank's risk posture, emerging risks, and effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
