Job Summary
The Director of Certificated Human Resources is directly responsible for the
hiring of highly qualified non-management, certificated employees as well as, planning, organizing, and coordinating the recruitment, selection, assignment, and transfer of certificated, non-management personnel. In addition, the Director is responsible for the evaluation process of all certificated non-management employees. This includes the evaluation/appraisal process, certification and recommendation of continued employment, preparation of separation documents, and training of evaluators. The Director also coordinates the Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) and New Teacher Induction Programs. Knowledge of principles, methods, procedures, trends and concepts pertaining to Risk
Management.

All District employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
