Job Abstract

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
LOOKING FOR MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8am-5pm Employment

*Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, written specifications, and emails
*Be able to read and understand technical & commercial requirements including technical documents and prints to evaluate the Customers inquiry
*Be a liaison between customer and all other company departments
*Focus on providing efficient and timely delivery of customer's orders and replacement orders
*Communicate with Department Supervisor and sales staff regarding order problems or issues
*Assist A/R and A/P department in resolving invoice discrepancies
*Ensure that customer credits are processed correctly and in a timely manner and coded correctly from an inventory perspective
*Maintain filing system for customer orders

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have good listening, verbal, and writing skills
*Must be able to type above 40wpm
*Must be detail oriented, organized, meet deadlines, and multi-task in diverse, fast paced environment
* Be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook email)
*Possess at least 2 years of experience working with customers
* Have experience in conflict resolution
* Must be able to understand basic accounting practices
*Must be willing to temporarily work in the warehouse (first 2 weeks with steel toe boots mandatory) to learn material handling and basic day to day operation processes as part of the CSR training
*High School Diploma/GED Required

*Prior experience with Epior Kinetic systems is a plus!
