Job Abstract

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for Pre-school aged students. Disability categories of the caseload are: MDS, autism, intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

This position is for ESY and the upcoming school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist Scheduling:

• Monday-Friday
• 1-5 days per week between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm (total of 8-35 hours per week)
• ESY dates: July 1 - August 2, 2024
• New school year begins at the end of August

Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $58 -$62 per hour

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
• School Certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
• Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Developing and implementing IEPs
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
