Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced External Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Specialist to join our External Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting team, leveraging such tools as S/4 Hana, OneStream, and Workiva systems.
The External Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Specialist will primarily be responsible for managing the company’s consolidation processes and preparing external financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of IFRS and SEC reporting requirements, particularly for Foreign Private Issuers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with our financial reporting and SEC reporting tools, OneStream and Workiva, respectively. Further, the ideal candidate will have a well-rounded technical accounting background, with the ability to understand and analyze accounting transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary administrator of both OneStream and Workiva, in support of the consolidation and financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial data consolidation across global operations.
Prepare and file quarterly and annual reports (Forms 6-K, 20-F) and other SEC filings as needed, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Collaborate with various departments, including legal, investor relations, and senior management, to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate filings.
Monitor changes in SEC regulations and IFRS standards, assessing their impact on financial reporting, and implementing necessary changes to comply with new requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and ensure timely completion of audit reports.
Assist in the maintenance and execution of the financial reporting processes and controls, ensuring adherence to internal control requirements.
Support the broader finance team in ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and other reporting-related tasks as needed.
Assist in the preparation and submission of other required non-SEC external reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in external financial reporting, consolidation, and technical accounting, preferably within a publicly traded company or public accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and SEC reporting requirements for Foreign Private Issuers.
Extensive experience with financial reporting and SEC reporting tools, with OneStream and Workiva experience preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Well-rounded technical accounting background, with the ability to understand and analyze accounting transactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. - High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
