As a valued member on our HR Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive actionable insights, optimize processes, and fuel innovation across the organization.
The Basics:
Interact with our globally integrated SAP/SuccessFactors suite.
Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key HR metrics and trends for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Utilize advanced statistics to conduct ad-hoc analysis and uncover actionable insights that inform talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
Design and develop predictive models to forecast employee turnover, identify high-potential talent, and optimize workforce allocation.
Maintain an optimized data warehouse to enable efficient analytics processes.
Implement automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data integrity.
Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop customized analytics solutions.
Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in people analytics, AI, and HR technology, and make recommendations for leveraging new tools and techniques.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
To Be Successful You Will Need:
BS in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields with relevant work experience and at least 3 years of data analytics experience
OR a MS degree and at least 2 years of data analytics experience
Advanced skills in data mining and manipulation.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, AI/ML, Microsoft Power Automate, Minitab.
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
Project management experience.
Experience collaborating with teams and solutions to enable project completion.
Demonstrated ability to successfully handle competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment.
